one thing to note , the Tx can take line in signal with the correct cable , so you can just buy a new Line -> TA5 cable and you can lose the pad part and make it cleaner and lighter setup

@@KongThaoSound you can make it yourself if you know how to soldier cables, the wiring is in the Tx manual.

There's a possibility he had the right cable but didn't select Line in the SMV menu.
