Hi Ellen, Thanks for the question. When you register your machine on CanvasWorkspace, you are only registering the machine on your profile - but not the PC you are connecting from. 1. This means that you can log into CanvasWorkspace (Online Version) from any other PC. 2. BUT, If you want to use the CanvasWorkspace for PC ( Offline version), you will have to download that onto your new PC and log in from there using the same login id and password as you do for CanvasWorkspace (Online version) So...You can download the offline version onto as many different PC's as you like - but still just log in with same login id and password as you do for CanvasWorkspace (Online version) here is a link on how to download the OFFLINE version ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--s6_rx1HRf0.html I hope this is helpful. Hi Doris, On your tablet or I pad (or mobile phone) go to your internet browser like you would on a PC and type in canvasworkspace. If you are already registered - simply log in when the app opens. If you are not registered, then register from your device. Hope this is helpful. Good Morning, Thanks for your question. I had a look on the Brother website, as this is not a model that is sold in my country. I see on the website that the CM300 model does not have the wireless network function - so you would have to transfer information via a USB Flash Stick -or a data transfer cable linked to your PC. I hope this is helpful. If you do not know the proxy setting, select Automatically detect proxy settings. 1. From CanvasWorkspace for PC Login Screen. - Select Proxy Settings at the bottom right. Proxy Settings - Select Automatically detect proxy settings, then press OK. Proxy Setting 2 2. From the Help Menu. - Go to Proxy Settings.
