I have this collar but not the little tester. How do I get one of these?

Issue with mine. The collars keep shocking when not even near the boundary and will keep doing it. Does it for both collars. This is the 2nd one I bought and it doing it on the newest one. Please help. And also to add there is no wall or anything in the way of the single

How long does it take to train dog

Hi there! Typically, working with your dog every day for an hour or so will help them develop training fairly quickly. However, every dog will learn and adapt at a different rate. We believe our system will help your dog acclimate to the new collar quickly and comfortably. 😁
