Yes, exactly!! We are already in serious trouble....trust me, it’s too late. I’m living with a now, against my will hi-jacked brain, body and what all resemblances of the life I had ....I gave NO CONSENT to have my life, freedom, rights, brain, body, safety, home, family, support system, job, relationships, thoughts, dreams, memories, experiences, hopes and fears.....are all now owned, operated and controlled by US Government as I was their target and a little too intelligent and strong for their comfort level. For 3 years they have taken over or eliminated every single part of my life as I know it. I now have a “chip” miraculously surgically installed on my chest --as I woke up in my vehicle in front of my home the next day completely unaware of how I got there or how long I was in my car .....being drugged, manipulated, electrocuted, harassed, tortured, smeared & degraded to my entire town so they do t mind what’s being done to me --the hate target! These are gross human rights violations.....and can you guess that all if my “mental health” records were fraudulently changed to read that I’m nuts!! What a huge surprise too!! In addition, none of my calls texts or emails reach their sender, my home is broke into weekly, my job & tech are all hi jacked, anyone I share this with is secretly pulled aside and fed some bulls hit story as they flash a badge and a smirk....a living hell is where we are.

Basically this can easily used to control people's perceptions by uploading anything (real or not) straight into the brain. It would not be to much of a stretch for it to read people thoughts and therefore making thought crimes a reality.
