@@discjockeynews How does a company introduce a brand new product at such a huge show as NAMM and not have any pricing info on the item for a customer and have to wait a month to get the pricing info?

well, the initial NAMM show concept was a place for dealers and media to come see what will be upcoming later in the year, see some prototype things for feedback, and for dealers to come and write contracts for gear purchases for the year.. As more media came in and started showing things right away, the joke was NAMM meant, "Not Available, Maybe March (or May)" So, what we see today is many companies get new prototype items sent over via UPS/FedEx.. and those items are shown at the show. They probably don't have a great idea of what the final run price will be in production since they only have a few made to this point to see if there is dealer interest. Prices change if they order 500 units or 5000 units.. Once they gauge interest, then they go back to China and see what it will take to get an order of XXXX units.. And, to add to the delay, many factories are shut down about this time of year in China as they take vacation for the new year.

@@discjockeynews Okay so I looked for the lumens on their website, as I had the same question, they had everything listed except lumens. Fruitless. It doesn't seem very bright and I doubt you can change the gobos. The 190watt version he mentioned sounds interesting. Wonder what the lumens will be on that one.

@@user8002 I’ve looked at the lumens information from the manufacturer of these lights in China and the output is much much lower than other non-battery powered fixtures at the same rated wattage.
