Sad to say but the problem sending is still there. I found one way to get funds out and that is by using the wirex debit card. In another wallet you can use this card to deposit. Then you also avoid the transfer fee of around 30$!

Thanks for being bold digging in to this despite the risk of getting funds blocked. Seems Wirex have dropped the option for bank wire and support pages for this are deleted. Any ideas?
I spoke to the police department in dover Delaware. We're wirex has a location at 8 the green suite A. They said they are aware of the scam they are running and building a case
Getting fiat cash out isn't an issue as I have withdrawn plenty of times it seems to be when one tries to transfer their wirex wallet to another wallet. Ive never used it as a transferring tool but primarily as a withdrawal tool.
you people before calling scam need to check your computer os ...clear the cache and cookies and delte also all temp files...if running windows also do a disk clean and clean system files also
I can do exchange and i can send btc eth to another wallet ,,fee is really big,, But i can not from eur currency send to my privat bank acc .. i can deposit ,but i can not send back to my acc. Trying 3 weeks to get some answers from them..stil nothing..
Have you tried sending slightly less than the maximum amount? Maybe there's a rounding error, so when you send the "maximum amount" it's slightly more than is available? Just a thought.
@Daciana yes I did took a lot of emails and some pissy comments but they eventually sent me what I had. Not saying you will since the trouble I went through. They should be good in USA now since they have now allowed transactions. But idk
@Daciana had my funds transfered to coinbase wallet. I don't use crypto for much. Mostly online digital purchases that allow bitcoins. NOT NFT'S. Please don't get into that garbage
@Daciana yes I got mine after a lot of back & forth with them, They blocked my old card so waited a week and got a new one, all was in Bitcoin which am, not a fan of however managed to use the card to get the money & never used it again :)
Never did face any big issues with them ..just slow support and sometimes down time of works on the platform or on the app ...but def not a scam using it for 4years now
wirex is a scam. they lock account with money in without warning.To get it back Available you have to have muchhh Patiance( maybe never will get back). So be aware and get the money out from the account ASAP.

Xrp tranfers in and out fine to other apps , BTC fees to high, I don t have problems getting out the app, I have problems topping the app up, IV been trying for 1 year to link a bank card,. I was an early adopter of wirex, the TNC changes and update make me look in other directions,. No fee discount for exchanges on holding 100000 wxt or 500000 wxt , I think they may lose custom with that move
And anybody wanting to exit can link the card to paypall and exit through there , as faster payments in UK disabled dew to account changes for MasterCard system not visa
Finally, kindly after 2 days WIREX give me access to my WXT. It is a pity that they only did so when their currency WXT fell 66% down. Looks like WIREX DOES NOT COVER ITS WXT TOKEN !!!!! On the positive side of all this, of all the crypto payment cards I use, WIREX IS THE ONLY SCAMMER !!!
Today my friend (wirex user) who has an account with 0.003756 BTC on, tried to send to me (also a Wirex user) 0.00347 BTC. And the transactions keep failing???!! I am a user, she is a user, how come that Wirex do not "release" our money??? I
It depends on your computer. I have two different computers. On one computer I get exactly the same message as you did. On the other computer it works just fine. I don't the reason
They are trying to Scam me. They made me pay $3300 in fees and will not release Private key. They stole the final payment of $426. They lied and said I sent the Money to wrong Wallet. I have to get Attorneys involved.
@Daciana I have another Account Manager. I literally have thousands in a Trust Wallet that is locked. I have all of the proof that I paid them. That took a toll on me from that loss. I would never lie about that.
I withdraw my 50€ in btc but i dont trust Wirex. Dont deposit Money or crypto in it. I m waiting for the card, maybe they ll give me 50€ in wtx but they said the he card Will arrive within july 😂😂

@@rufa from my experience in this field, they are either bankrupt or pulling another exit scam. They don't have our funds anymore, that's too obvious at this point. Their support team would gladly leave a reply like the one above to reassure new victims and just a way for the management to gain more time to pull off the plan. I have a record of all the names associated with wirex and it's team including pictures, in case they do something stupid their ID's would be all over the place circulating the web and I'm sure many people who lost x amount of funds are willing to lose more funds just to see these scammers suffer.
you guys work hard to advertise for wirex but they support team to slow even they do not replay email I transferred 1206 BUSD coin from binence and waiting for 3 days now still not credited to my wallet and any time i ask they say we made ticket the support team will email you shortly but just a joke
Utilisant Wirex depuis 2019 j'ai effectivement était très satisfait par leur formule avec le cashback en BTC au début puis ensuite en WXT, mais depuis les choses ont bien changer le support est très incompétant et pratique plutôt la stratégie de l'autruche quand une part de votre argent disparait. Désormais plus aucun virement n'ai possible, ni d'avoir un RIB. Les frais d'échange des cryptos ne sont plus trop à notre avantage, et même parfois quand le court est à la hausse bizarement il se revèle momentanément impossible de changer celle-ci vers du FIAT. Et pour finir si vous avez le malheur d'avoir effectuer des achats en ligne par PayPal avec votre carte et que le vendeur annule pour x raison et que vous toucher votre rembourssement sur votre source d'approvisionement comme PayPal le pratique vous aurez le malheur de ne pas revoir votre argent recrédité sur votre carte. Le service vous retorquera que c'est un incident technique et vous ne reverrez jamais votre argent!
