Awesome video! I don't care what the haters say about Wisconsin. We are a good football team with a great program. I am PUMPED about this season! Even during the worst game played this year against PSU, Christian Hackenberg almost had to call timeouts on many third down plays, the crowd was so loud.
I started following college football because all the guys at my work were way into it.. and me being a hardcore Greenbay fan I of course picked Wisconsin. I like USC too (since its where i live) but one day i hope to experience this because this even beats out USC! ON WISCONSIN!
Do it! Even if this sounds offensive to other schools, you won't experience anything like UW-Madison. I won't boast about statistics, but we arguably have top academic as well as athletic programs. I've got to give it to you guys. I'm a stanford fan and although wisconsin fans were badly outnumbered at the rose bowl, that student section was fucking wild.
@mrgoodyiscool88 they are singing Varsity. It is the alma mater song at UW. They sing it every halftime of every game. It drives my dad nuts every time we go to the games however it is kind of a nice tribute to the university and all of its alumni.
Wisconsin is so underrated, Madison is the BEST college sports town just like scott van pelt said.. hes been every and chooses WISCONSIN just like he should. ON WISCONSIN
My school speaks for it self. with the best fans and best game day experience in college football we have the best recruits coming ina nd sustained a high program this entire decade and our future is looking better than wisconsin. our stadium is louder and has better fans and tradition that make jump around look like a bunch of kindergardens jumping up and down for candy
You watch the seats on a non conference game and the student section might be half full at half time. We got better things to do, like drink beer and and drink some more. You watch a night game against Ohio State or the first game with Nebraska in our conference and the seats were filled well before the game even started. I've tail gated with many fans cheering for different teams and we always get compliants letting us know what we're doing is the right way to do it.
Jesse, If you have ever gone to games at other major universities you would realize that there are a lot of great college traditions and programs out there other than Wisconsin. Wisconsin has a great program and traditions and I love them but there are also many traditions at other schools that are also tremendous. I can also tell by your use of the english language that you never attended the University past maybe a first semester.
Tigerbait is one of the smarter LSU fans too..He's in a state of denial after the Clemson game and watching the top recruit go to Ole Miss rather than going to LSU. lol
@jaredjohnsonful I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I talked to a few Nebraska fans who said they had a wonderful time in Madison, so I am surprised by your comment. As a UW student, I'm embarrassed that you weren't treated with better hospitality.
You bring out a real tiger to "oppose" fear or "impose" it? That, my friends, is what makes the Big Ten a superior conference to the SEC. There is no comparison in the academic integrity of the two conferences.
does anyone know if Wisconsin is decent in Lacrosse? I've just started playing and want to see if I could play if I go to UW. (I'm in 6th grade by the way :P)

As I recall LSU isn't much of a competitor anymore. Haha you may have a good band but Alabama been smackin y'all up and down the feild for awhile now. So I'm a Badger Fan and I'm proud to say it and LSU fans I believe the phrase you need to learn is Roll Tide. Lmao
@jackstone18 it's not just him. I grew up in Wisconsin and now attend The University of Nebraska, and i had no idea how bad the fans are. I was cussed out all day for wearing a nebraska shirt. All of my friends who visited had similar experiences, they even had beer bottles thrown at them. Throughout that whole day, only two, TWO, badger fans apologized for the other people and welcomed me to Madison. I love the city, but it has the worst gameday experience in college football.
