Edankk called it .... I think the "truckers hitch" is the only knott you need but I agree the "bowline" is handy as well. There are several videos on RU-vid and a fellow that has a plethora of great info and is a hoot to watch is Shug's videos.. you won't be disappointed Shugemery .... do a RU-vid search and enjoy... best wishes!!!
I normally tie a taut line on one side and a trucker's hitch on the other. Keep a bite of rope in the half hitch that secures both hitches to allow for a quick release.
Could you use a separate ridge line inside the big net that connects the two ends of the hammock. I’ve see people do that to get a consistent hang every time
