Wishbone Ash - Argus 50th Anniversary Box Set Unboxing With Andy Powell 

I still have the original one side spread of Rolling Stone magazine ad for Argus saying "The Greatest Double Lead Guitar Team in the History of Rock". When I first saw this it gave me chills. Hi from Raleigh, NC.

That was great, it's def one of the best albums I've ever heard.

Hi Andy this is a very cathartic moment ....when I first bought Argus in early 70s I admit I was in tears when I heard that sublime double solo in Sometime World ....for me still one of the greatest guitar solos ever !!!! Still affects me to this day !!! Truly great seminal album !!! Ive seen live over the years the likes of Mike Stern John Scofield Al Di Meola Larry Carlton Allan Holdsworth et al and your solo in Sometime World is up there with the best !!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

One of my all- time favourite albums from one of my most favoured bands ....I hope before Wishbone Ash finally end their playing career , they collaborate with an orchestra ....I have always thought that a lot of Wishbone Ash material , especially their earlier stuff , would sound remarkable within an orchestral setting .....Great cover ...but the musical content , inside , is even better .
