Autumn approaches! I wanted to share a few crafts I've made this season for self-care, deepening emotional understanding, delving into spirituality, and so much more. Whether your craft looks like mine or not, I hope this inspires you to take time for yourself and slow down. Autumn is a time of release and renewal; just as the trees shed their leaves, so should we shed what we no longer need. 🍂
