200 g plain flour (1 cups + ¼ cup)
1 pinch of salt
30g butter at room temperature or quality margarine (2 tbsp)
6 to 8 tablespoons hot water
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
3 tablespoons of crushed walnuts
