Our mission at With Love Oregon is to help foster families change the lives of children ages 0-6 by providing resources that nurture dignity, hope and community.
Our signature Curls & Coils Class aims to educate foster parents about proper curl maintenance and hygiene, making curl care more accessible for families unfamiliar with curly and coiled hair types, regardless of gender or hair length.
Curl & Stylist expert Mahaila Penson, (Portland's curl Specialist), in this video, leads us through the foundations of washing and basic hair care essential tips.
