Nearly 3,000 teachers are needed statewide to help fill gaps, according to a report from the Arizona School Personnel Administrator’s Association. Lupita Almanza went into teaching after being inspired by her own teachers back in the day. She taught for 12 years and as those years went by, it started becoming more difficult.

What i dont get is why people blame and guilt teachers that " you do it for kids". In industries and private sectors, people dont do it "for the CEO or the company" do they? Pay matters, especially in this high inflation. Dont work for free

Uh...we don't need to be married. But come to CA because next year I will make 110,000 a year with fully paid health benefits. Sure it took me 20 years to get here but it is worth it. Arizona is actively trying to destroy public education.

@@fremontpathfinder8463 in cali 110k will get you nothing. Esp in LA,SD aand SF, thats poverty line. You need at least 180K to live decent living even 200K +
