If you love eggplants you should try this filipino dish called "Tortang Talong". You coat the eggplant with eggs and all other ingredients and then fry it. Eat with rice and ketchup!

Wong Kar Wai’s movie is brilliant! I’m also a fan. Faye Wong’s performance in Chung King Express is just amazing. She was a very popular Diva in HK too in the 90s. Other than this movie, I also like In The Mood Of Love and Days Of Being Wild! Like you said, it’s 10/10!

I'm 31 single and I too live alone.. Even though it gets lonely sometimes, it certainly has its own benefits. I was this scared kid who never lived outside her village and now I live sleep cook shop travel work all by myself.. Living alone makes you stronger and independent

Chungking Express is a classic. One of my favorite HK actors is Tony Leung (Chiu-wai). As a Wong Kar Wai fan, you should definitely check out In the Mood for Love and 2046 if you haven't yet.

I’m from Singapore and those salted egg fish skin snacks are incredibly delicious! I’m so happy found it delicious too! I remember there was once where I asked my friend from overseas to try it, and he literally gagged at the thought of it..i think he was grossed out.

I think you'll really like this dish called "baingan ka bharta" it's like a curry made with Indian eggplants with tons of spices and flavours. I personally like them prepared in a certain way, like this. you can just search it in youtube and you'll have tons of authentic recipes much love, dooby

I live in Andhra Pradesh and people here seem to totally love it, I don't see why so many people hate it, but I recommended this to her because, like I said I really like it and I've never seen anyone hate it :)
