Shared the stage with those dudes in Croatia and Slovenia around 2013-14 even before Void came out, Rok did guest vocals on one of our songs live at one gig in Cakovec. Already then you could tell that they are going places, and they did, so happy for them!
Saw these guys last year in a local pub in Newcastle, Australia with Signs of the Swarm . Man That was a fucking good show ive ever been post pandemic.
I don't even know who these guys are but after this interview, I'm definitely gonna check em out later. This whole conversation was awesome. Get Josh Travis on please!!
This band accidentally sent me a free windbreaker when I bought merch from them one year So fucking long ago I'm so proud of these dudes And I enjoy all the music they've made new and old. ♥️♥️🤘🤘 Lucky to have that signed void poster ♥️♥️
I used to listen to the album Deathwish a lot back then, didnt quite gel with Yokai and less with Lotus BUT I must give the guys props, they evolved and even tho I DIDNT GEL with the sound, a lot of people did and they are getting the blowup they need, I wish the best with their american tour... Also, sick podcast Garza, as always...
Within Destruction is freaking awesome. I love their style and music! Wow they really put a ton into their music and career. Thanks for another awesome interview!
I met them last year opening for Enterprise Earth. They were so awesome. Lotus became my AOTY 2022. I have their Ultra VIP package for February 9th in Detroit. I cannot wait!
These guys are so talented, are always thinking one step ahead, humble, have so much passion and dedication to their music! Can’t wait to see and meet them in Chicago! 🤘🏽
this guys are awesome !! i understand how hard must be for you to make a living out of music , same happens here in latin America , extremely hard for bands to make it, specially in the latin culture,
Absolute work horses! Nothing but respect for the grind they put themselves through. Look forward too seeing them back in Australia 9 months later. That turn around is unmatched for over here
Didnt know these dudes, went and gave it a listen.....oh my fucking god now i am addicted, thank you chris!!!!!!! Keep up the awesome music within destruction!!!!!!!
I saw within destruction and sentinels were one of the opening bands. Their vocalist was sick or something and back at home, so the just played the whole instrumental set and it was amazing. I would have no problem going to see a show and its just 1 or 2 people from the band playing a set. Especially now with the use of backing tracks.
I love this band. I love them even more now. It was very cool to get to know them on a more personal level. As always Chris thank you for this content. You’re podcast is my top podcast to watch and listen!
DAMNIT i wish i saw this a year ago! i fucking love these guys and after seeing this i love them even more. you guys are some rock solid people. i really hope i get to see you guys live one day. new album is fucking sick!!!
Well that's how backtracks should be properly used! I personally only get upset when backtracks are used in hip hop/rap music and they contain the lyrics and words and the rapper only says four words a sentence lol the rest of the time saying yuh and not even doing their literal one job lol filling in for a instrumental part is what backtracks are for 🤘
Still remember seeing theae guys in Frankfurt in 2019. They were playing with Ingested and Signs of the Swarm but I booked the cards because of them. To this day one of my best memories and although some of the newer stuff isn't my favorite they for sure still are in my top bands.
Thanks for this interview :D I'm trying to reach the Garza Podcast for an interview but seems your email address is no more active. Is there another way to contact you? Best ;-)
I'd love if these guys went back to 2 guitarists and a bassist but I love every one of their albums. Pretty rare, with the sound changes they've gone through.
Great group of guys, they're in it for the artistry and challenging the norm. As someone who's been listening to Deathcore for 15 years damn near, I've seen a lot of bands just come and go and not really leave an impression or do anything for the betterment of the genre, and these guys are doing all the right things to avoid that ill-fated and all-too-common end of the road for guys in the scene. Glad to have supported them years back and glad to see they're still finding success today.
how they say their country it isnt open to foreign music when they got a great metal festival like metal days and also the biggest and best punk rock festival in all europe and surroundings?
Guy running the interview seems like he's high on something, doesn't facilitate a good conversation flow at all and can barely form a sentence sometimes
