What is with this biased judge?..how can she sustain about 98% of Lallys objections and he doesnt give a reason for his objection??..how can Karen get a fair trial with the judge striking questions from the def constantly???.. This should be a violation, but im guessing it isn't since nothing seems to be done to stop it.. I've never seen a more biased judge than her..😮
Your observations are spot on & people should start filing complaints with the Judicial Committee. The Albert children call the judge “Auntie Bev”, meaning, there is a strong personal relationship with the entire Albert family & this is the reason for her biases. Judge refused to recuse herself.

You got that right. The fact that they thought they could get away with this shows the confidence they have that they can fix anything. Cops, ATF, State Troopers, all together did this. Frightening. It's how we end up seeing those poor schmucks on TV getting released from prison after wrongfully convicted. This is how it happens.
The FBI is investigating the state investigators; DA Morrissey, officers Higgins, Proctor and Lank, medical examiner etc. FBI is also investigating all these same people in the Sandra Birchmore case.

She has a conflict of interest since she is such close friends with them. She was as biased as _____________ too. Plus the jury found Karen not guilty on charges 1 & 3, and she didn't ask for the breakdown, because Karen should have been aquitted on those two counts.
It is so glaringly obvious Karen is innocent, she should get huge compensation for what they have done to her. I can’t believe they would ALL frame her, send her to prison for life knowing she didn’t do it, they are all despicable.

Idk if anyone else has noticed but I have noticed that each & every time any of the Alberts or others involved testify, the police & even some first responders make sure to pass by with their sirens on. Pay attention to the behavior of the witnesses when they hear the sirens pass by.
Her demeanor became instantly hostile when the defense stood up and she new the softball questions were over. Pay attention to her breathing and facial muscles tensing up as the Defense stood up to begin his cross examination

The lead investigator knew them so he interviewed who he wanted and only years later interviewed some because it will come out in court . He was covering up

I can’t understand all the irrelevant questions or why every witness has such trouble telling the truth… so strange for so many people to be tripping up or changing basic information easily disproven. It shows an arrogance that is unique to this type of situation/person.
When did she say she didn’t know her.? She definitely said she knew her. She said she was in the same place at the same time as her on a number of different occasions. Did you miss all of that.? She never denied knowing her.

Dare the defense ask a witness questions regarding their friends whom are ALL related to the case it is denied? It is like the judge doesn't want the jury to see how connected all these witnesses are to each other as a social group. We are not suppose to see that Jane (niece or cousin of homeowner) knows Lara who is the daughter of the chief of police (just making up names here). Chief of police is best friends with Huggy, Fairview is best friends with Huggy, chief investigator is friends with Jema, Jema's sister is Fairview's wife, and so on and so forth. Any writer that is uninspired and needs to write a new season for soap opera must be saying this is mana from Heaven.

Anything that helps them shirk responsibility and/or witnessing of the crime/body they remember with perfect clarity. I wore tall boots and looked at the ground the whole journey to the car. And anything that could tie them to witnessing, partaking or covering up the crime they just don’t remember. Funny how that happens time after time, witness after witness.
All judges are on the prosecutions side , they know each other, work together and probably socialize (Christmas parties, fundraisers ect… same with a court appointed attorney, they all work together and I can honestly attest to that , it’s just like the police, they stick together and that’s why there’s sooooo many plea bargaining going on. Many many times she does it for speculation or blatant hearsay. It's honestly glaringly obvious to a lawyer, especially a trial lawyer. The other issue is that with hostile witnesses, one needs to ask questions in countless different ways to elicit a response. This can often seem like the witness is being badgered.
Another sidebar!! Something has to be done about this judge. In all my 75 years I have never seen anyone as biased as she is in my life. How can she remain in the court? Something needs to be done about her and the fact that she sits as a judge but is biased beyond belief!!
