Absolutely! I’ve heard that JO allegedly had knowledge of Colin’s illegal activities (drug dealing) and basically is what led to this. All statements made by everybody at the party that night accidentally left out Colin being there, Until defense found out he was there. Why hide the fact he was at the party? That night there was alcohol around and Colin has been seen at "21" bars even when under that age. I think someone said Colin was not there (as if to count him out as a suspect). There more to it as to why I suspect him, but that's enough to show it is a rational suspicion.
