Man I know how it feels discovering new great artist and loving them just as much as your first 'artist love'. I haven't felt that in a good while but it's nice getting to watch someone else's process on that kinda journey from start to finish and talkin about how great it is, especially these days when they come far few between. Journey would be the word I use as well. Whether you discover and artist from the beginning or an old one that just now caught your ear. It's a great feeling and it sucks when it's over. It sucks when they become just another artist in your playlist. I'm really happy you get to explore and still get to have that feeling at times. I can safely say that this song is really erratic in Witts catalog and his newest album is pretty different from his old stuff as well songs like “better for me” or “let me know” are songs that I feels gives u a good grasp on Witts music for the most part

So many good songs by Witt " your eyes are where I feel safe " is one of my favorite poem lines from him but I love so many of his songs.
