mac is a satanic sellout and helped push thousands if not millions of people to drug use as he so penly preached about in is music. i liked his music as well especially Faces, but the truth is he helped usher in numerous addictions promoting that life style in his music

That was a good album but if I personally were to recommend some of his music to someone who hasn't heard him, it definitely has to be the stuff from the first few years of his career. His drug use had an impact on his music later on, but when he first got big his music was so fun and upbeat.

@@thunder7073 depends on what you’re looking for. Personally I loved that stuff when it first came out, cus I was in high school. But as I got older, I definitely prefer his music from 2013 on. As it had so much more substance to it

You can only try to “help” so many times. Wiz spoke on it even before mac died a few times. It frustrated him to the point he distanced himself out of love.

He seemed to elaborate on his thoughts here, I definitely understand what you are saying. He reiterated his sentiment on how he tried to come to Mac as a friend and discuss why what he was into wasn't gonna go well, more so than the people around him that encouraged the substance abuse and partook in it with him. His attitude I would say is because of maybe the notion of him always being tied to Mac because they are from the same city and trailed one another in terms of success. Wiz seems to have refined his own mind about the matter and clearly states that it did upset him, as he said in the BC interview, you can only help someone so much till you have to wipe your hands of the situation and let them make their own decisions, no matter how close you are to them. It's not like Wiz woulda been the catalyst that made Mac take himself to get help, but it's likely that Wiz coulda influenced him in someway.

Not at all what happened. He legit was laughing about something else and then was asked about Mac out of nowhere. He wasnt laughing about the Mac situation at all. He clearly loved Mac it’s pretty obvious.
