I can say one thing, the MB explorers we see in KT and CL are at least respectful to the people and stuff they find, they could have EASILY steamrolled over the Manders but didn't. Shame I can't say the same for their treatment of non-dogs back in their world, especially their treatment of the Foxes.
Yeah I caught that too, haha. Maybe her being a corgi specifically is a nod to the most recent queen, but she very much is based on Queen Victoria! (hence: Vi-corgi-a, lol)
Marleybone must've been the realm where Firecats: The Musical was written and premiered, because of mainly the fact that Andrew Lloyd Webber, the creator of the real world Cats: The Musical is from England, as well as the fact that Macavity The Mystery Cat was based on Moriarty from Sherlock Holmes, and so was Meowiarty. Just a theory/headcanon though
great insightful vid!! i hope you get into pirate101, it dwelves even deeper into the lore of Mareybone, with Albion, radical foxes, Rajah colonial subjects, and a certain war. :)
I like how in Polaris and was later expanded on in Novus that Marley bone Explorers don’t seem to care that they on lands have already been discovered, and claimed to discover them also, when you ever get to pirate, I love how it shows that the wizard is only going to a small fraction in of the worlds they visit it and it many times. It seems to just be the capitals. Heck, I think mooshu is the only world in wizard to have add-ons that are big cosmetic changes from the world we’ve been to
