Re-roll talent potion idea. Choose a Talent on an equipped pet, reroll into a different talent. Cannot roll into the same type of talent. For example re-rolling a damage talent like Pain Bringer will not roll into Pain Giver.

The only issue is that Hail Quetzal is a Wow Factor 7 pet. Wow Factor determines how often you get a pet body back, and all pet bodies have their own respective Wow Factor number. It is a scale from 0-10. The lower the WF, the more likely you'll get that pet back. The higher the WF, the less likely you'll get that pet back. ALL of those PV (PV is the 2.0 45 pedigree talent pool that's shown in this video) kiosk bases are WF 10 for the purpose of helping the community get back the pet body they're using to hatch with, rather than the kiosked pet. Most pet bodies sit on the WF 8-9 range. So more often than not, you will get the Hail Quetzal. Proceed with caution!

thats why i said method 1 and method 2. Method 2 is you find someone to hatch with the exact pet body you want. Method 1 is when you just need the stats, you dont care about the card or the appearance so its more accessible for you to get a pet without going through hoops. However if you already made a quetzal with the exact stats you're looking for, it would be easier to copy it over to the fossil when you find the person that has the fossil

Then one of the talents is not what you think it is. Talents are always in same order.

you'll need to find someone with the appearance and stats of the pet you want and hatch with them everyday doing method 2. The quetzal is only if you don't care about the body, you just care about the stats.

thats because the quetzal is suppose to increase the odds of getting your own pet appearance back. It was purposely designed that way as nobody likes the appearance of the quetzal haha

for cheaper hatches you hatch with an adult with the 2 hardest talents of Mighty / pain giver / dealer for the QUETZAL method. For hatching with people in person, you want them to have a mega / ultra pet. Hatches will be more expensive.

It’s so you can self hatch which is cheaper and more convenient

it's in order to continue making babies even after it fails. if pets didn't fail, then sure i'd agree with you. 1 per is all u need. but since that doesn't tend to happen what u can do is have 2 parents. make a new baby. train that baby till it fails. if it does fail. make a new baby. if u don't have 2 parents pets, and u train your only pet till it fails, now u gotta either use that failed pet or use an old pet to start over and hatch again. that's why u want 2 parents to keep making babies

to keep making babies because the parent will fail with how rng pet making is. Else you need to start from scratch if your parent fails at mega. It's to save 2 backups to continue breeding

nope. it just gives you more pierce :) It would be useful against the mobs in higher worlds where they start to have resist. If you pierce through their resist you're doing more damage if that makes sense :)
