I think I couldn’t ever feel safe traveling in that airline after how they just kept delaying as much as they could our flight on August 24th 2022 Madrid to Budapest. The flight finally flew more than 24h later costing many of us loosing our connections and having to buy any flight available with a WAY MUCH BETTER AND TRUSTABLE AIRLINE (those who needed to be on schedule). ‘Till the day we don’t know what happened as the company said the plane was struck by a lightning but to the Hungarian media they said it was birds you know? Anyway… they book a night for us for at Marriot but pick us up before 10 am saying we were going to fly at noon. Lies. I did receive a text message at 10:40 am saying the flight was schedule at 19:40 NEVERTHELESS at the moment I was at the counter and a very rude lady was keep saying that it was at noon. Although the ticket they have us had the SAME INFORMATION from the day before??? why??? how is that even possible??? They just reprint the boarding passes, it was not a new boarding pasa with the current date or time, no. So what? Did they just wanted us out of the hotel? There were couples with babies… I mean… A lot of people from this flight have that information and we keep all the messages and emails from the company. This people KNEW the flight wasn’t flying but still at the counter they were denying it… at 16:36 they were sending another text message flight was moved again to 22:40…

Ha sido un trato inhumano, mis hijos y la abuela durmiendo en el suelo por que en hotel han pasado solo 5 horas o menos,recibieron un cupón de 8 euros por persona en 26 horas de retraso, falsas informaciones así en la web como en información del aeropuerto. Tuve que hacer dos viajes a Budapesta de 300 km distancia en total 1200 km para recoger a mis hijos, un día perdido en mi trabajo, Una vergüenza!!

Mert olcsó. Komolyra fordítva a szót, - Ferhegy egy HUB szóval logisztikailag viszonylag könnyebb ha minden, elég sok, gépét egyféleképpen kell kezelni. Míg Osloban csak hetente van ott egy pár órát - Egy dolog hogy milyen slotot akor venni a Wizzair, más hogy éppen mi van eladásra kínálva - Kapcsolódva az előző ponthoz, pár alkalommal mikor Osloban voltam, soha se láttam buszos beszállást, gondolom a norvég hideg miatt csak nem megszokott - Osloban nincs külön fapados terminál Madridról fogalmam sincs

NUNCA VOLVERÉ A VIAJAR CON WIZZAIR después de cómo nos trataron en el vuelo W6 2372 del 24 de agosto desde Madrid a Budapest...Una VERGÜENZA DE COMPAÑÍA!!! 26 horas de retraso en nuestro vuelo !!! Muy mal!!!!
