That plane looks like it has never been flown, There's no way the motor can be pulled out like that, they are glued in. I replaced mine, I had to cut the top portion of the foam off, then cut the glue off around the motor being careful not to tear the foam before I could get the motor out. This is a great airplane, easy to fly, lots of spare parts. My 12 YO daughter loves to fly it.
But I find replacing the main motor with the F939 motor will be better. It flies faster and motor more powerful. But you have to put a 20 cent coin to make it a bit heavier, cos it has become lighter with just 1 motor
The one I bought lost one of the motor gears in mid-flight. Is it still possible to fly it with two motors? I've ordered a set of new motors but it will take ages to get here.
+Clouds School Same thing happened to me during its maiden flight. One of the pinion gears came off in mid-flight. I've sent an email to Banggood to see how they will address the issue.

I just use hot glue to reposition the motor, because this brushed motor don't last long. After few session of flying it needs to be replace..so don't use the strong permanent glue
