Story is supposed to be situated at night, but in this case it's a custom time (because the player completed the storyline) so he chose either daytime or nighttime.

There's probably a video out port on the back of the cabinet which is then connected to a video capture device via HDMI cable. I'm not 100% sure but that's what I'm assuming.

The AI cars get very clumped together at the start of a race, making passing difficult. Putting distance between you and the AI cars can make driving more smooth.
