WNYT Commercial Breaks (January 22, 1987) 

Taken from Family Ties off of WNYT (channel 13) in Albany, NY. The show was one of the first hits on NBC's Must See TV, before moving to Sunday later that year.
At the beginning of the video, Herb Stevens does a weather cut-in on a winter storm. Herb was WNYT's first actual meteorologist alongside Norm Sebastian; both were hired from The Weather Channel to help upgrade WNYT's weather department. Stevens later took a job forecasting conditions for skiing places, titled "The Skiing Weatherman."
