Its rare for a market size this small for someone like Kristen to stick around at WKTV for so long, just like Bill Worden. As a matter of fact, Kristen is approaching 20 years at WKTV come next year. Again, a rarity.
0:34 and 7:35 KFC Chicken Littles Sandwiches for 39¢ featuring their KFC bumper sticker ad from 1987. I like the late 80's KFC Bumper sticker and its really cool.

3:13 Nacho Cheese Doritos commercial from 1985 🧀 . I like watching this mid 80's commercial and I love eating Nacho Cheese Doritos and they are really good.
Star Trek: TNG has just premiered a couple of months earlier. It ended its run 3 decades ago (1994). Star Trek: Deep Space Nine debuted in syndication in January 1993, 2 years before Star Trek: Voyager debuted with the launch of now-defunct UPN.
Waniek Martinez - WNYT's second female meteorologist - now does weekend evening weather & Chrystal Stone replaced Chris Onorato as weekend sports anchor after the latter was moved to the weekday morning newscasts.
I'd love to see a 2018-19-era WNYT newscast, if you can find a tape of it. Especially during the month after they got the current set, but before Paul had decided to switch to evenings (April-May 2018, after Jason Gough left the station, so they used Neal Estano for the 11pm Newscast). Oh yeah, and a 2020 newscast would be cool to find, too, (they updated the Talent shots that year to the ones they currently use, which is video of them on the set rather than pics, which was what they used initially). EDIT: I know a lot about the Albany market because it's very tangential to the Rochester market, especially more recently, when WRGB was sold to Sinclair (WHAM was sold to Deerfield, with Sinclair operating via an LMA, two years afterwards), and WTEN/Media General's acquisition by Nexstar (WROC had a longtime ownership with Nexstar), and also Hubbard's ownership of WHEC and WNYT. EDIT 2: I originally posted this on the related commercial break video, but I thought this would've been a better place to comment this as it's a newscast.
@@junkiestapebin7368 I think it's New York News, and they do have some of the opens (the morning talent opens with Paul, and the 10pm and 11pm talent opens with Neal) and I think they did have the 4pm talent open with singular Bob Kovachick, as I saw it in your WNYT news opens video, but I think they might have either deleted it or it got taken down.

WRGB is now CBS 6 in Schenectady-Albany-Troy, New York. And at 9:58 there were technical difficulties in a 16 mm film print airing of "North to Alaska" on "Cinema 6" for 10 seconds, right before a WRGB-TV 6 "Circle 6" logo appeared on screen on the lower right corner, followed by a "Please Stand By" Telop slide at 10:15 during this afternoon's movie. "North to Alaska" is now available on DVD.
