@@AseAleishanot at all her moms was a trailer park junkie 😂😂😂 u ibviousky ain't do ur research she came from the slums and and cash me outside girl acttually they real authentic hence why the culture accepted them 💯 we don't do frauds 😂😂
Yeah except she still talks like a hoodbooger, and there ain't no fucking way in hell that she actually talks like that. I bet you if you ask her Mom how she talked when she was 10, she would tell you she sounded like a normal little white girl.
She’s never been a mile close to a genius in her life. She talks like she has never sat in an English class. And has never walked a day outta the heart of the ghetto dope hood. Sad. I hope she has made some money on social media because no company will hire someone like that.
They were... she's making money years later and haters still outting that money in her pockets... while the rest of us bust our asses some of which judging her, calling her stupid.... shes far from stupid. People just tend to link and assume anyone who speaks with slang has no intelligence and i can agree it does come across as such however its not always the case. People from the south generally all sound that way lol they played the real stupid people and made bank.
This is what's wrong with humans. We help the weakest of us out. This person shouldn't even make it to be a senior citizen. Life should take care of itself before then.
She learned she won’t have a career and people will attack her. I’m sure she used it well after this happened 🙄 she just knew she couldn’t say it on camera
I’m so sorry how they did that to you. They didn’t care of your reputation in the future. Always think of any consequences you make before leading to that decision
Her friends encouraged her to say something that has gotten many girls beat down resulting in hair being pulled out in patches. There is a video of a black father telling his biracial daughter to say it. Who's accountable for any beatdowns she might get? But in the Bro-Bruh Generation, its not that serious until it is.
It's funny because another white girl that does tik tok talks the same exact way as vicky and everyone in the comments like oh my God I love her country accent that's what a real country girl sounds like 😂 it's crazy how people can do the same exact thing and get totally different treatment for it.
@@carlee5432 I know people truly grow up speaking the way they do because of their environment 🤷♀️ idgaf about this girl though respectfully so I'll take your word for it
I was the only white girl at my school growing up and I knew to NEVER say that word! When I was in my 40’s I was in little town Ohio and all the teens would use the word and every time I would cringe and then chastise them. I wasn’t popular with the teens but I didn’t give a single $hI+. Wrong is wrong but I’m glad she grew from it! If your gut tells you “this ain’t right” listen to your gut.
Honestly, the adolescents today are not familiar entirely with the context/meaning of the word. Rap culture unfortunately, tried to make the word a form of endearment. But I can’t see how that is, why you’re in an argument with someone and use that word. But when it comes to the public school system, from experience, I was barely taught about slavery and it entirety. I had to do my own research.
A lot of people just, subconsciously, pick up parts of the way the people around them talk. Oprah, once, said she does this. Vicky isn’t multiethnic, but she has been exposed to more than one dialect or language, if Ebonics is a language. She picked up parts of it, possibly incorrectly, like what used to be called “pidgin English,” or Yiddish, or Spanglish, or any other context where more than one language and/or dialect is combined. The people who advised her to say certain things to go viral just noticed her particular speech pattern, and knew it had novelty value. Whether it’s intentional or not, who knows? My guess is Vicky doesn’t know, at this point. In other words, it’s subconscious. If folks consciously try to sound like people they admire or identify with, well into adulthood, that must take a whole lot of energy! I know kids do that, but if she’s still doing it, that must just be her.
She says she took that word out of her vocabulary because she sees how it impacts people/the world. Thats realizing it is wrong and derogatory and is taking accountability.
I’m glad things have changed and teens are more educated now . I remember in middle/high school I had a lot of black friends that would tell me I was one of them. Make jokes that I was a black girl in a white girls body, all the guys called me a snow bunny, they’d tell me I was allowed to say the N word( I never did). On the opposite end I was also called a night rider, snicker licker and other nasty names by racist classmates. This was only 8-10 years ago that I was experiencing all of that.
Why is the n word bad to say because of your race? I never understood the concept.. I'm not racist btw, just wondering. I also don't say it btw. But it's wrong if whites say it but blacks can call white ppl it?🤔
@Everyday Eva a lot of us are tired of having to explain this to y'all especially when most y'all don't actually want to know and don't really care yall just want to argue and debate and belittle if you really want to know look it up you're currently using the internet right now so put it to good use and answer your own damn question.
@Baby Bubblez I don't want to argue, I just asked a question☹️ It's okay of you don't want to answer just move on like everyone else, sorry there's 7 billion and some have the same question☹️
Why do young women act more like their boyfriends, whoever they are? I’ve seen it go the other way, too, where girls act more “white,” or Asian, or Mexican or like whoever they’re with.
17 is a kid. Think back to when you were 17. The stuff you were saying then, you still say now? A human being's brain isn't fully developed until they're 25 years old. She was def still a kid. Legally and mentally.
@@VideosMusicAwards at 17 you are still able to decipher right from wrong especially with things you should and shouldn’t say so please stop making excuses for poor and inexcusable behavior
@@anadennis2000yeah of course it’s not inexcusable, but she was just a kid. She grew up to realized it was a mistake. Because that’s life right? We make mistakes especially as KIDS. Just to grow up and learn. I’m sure you have made mistakes as a kid. Just to…. Grow up and learn to not make those mistakes.
Her whole persona when she was viral was exactly what everyone thought, she used the black culture to get famous. This goes back to Elvis. This is nothing new.
@@Ezzyluvxxxshut up! Thats a lie. She putting the blame onto others 10 years later wtf and yall are so dumb and desperate yall want it to be true. She used black culture to get famous and it worked and still working
She says she's taken accountability but then proceeds to blame her usage of the word on her black friends from high school, her ex's family, and her age... interesting 😊
Merriam Webster- Accountability: an obligation or willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one's actions. She can state exactly what happened, which was the community she grew up in let her say the word, along with ex's family AND now she can reflect and understand how saying that word is wrong. Things can co-exist. Life doesn't have to be polarized.
@MusicBoxAlsoWater Taking accountability and stating what happened are two very different things. They can co-exist sure but they aren't synonymous. Her response wasn't an apology, it wasn't the steps she's taken to learn and grow, or the actions of change. It wasn't her saying I was wrong despite being enabled. It was I was enabled. It was "I did what I did because everyone else around allowed me". Like I said... interesting 😊
Why do I have a soft spot for miss Vicky? We all do dumb stuff when we're young, she's growing and learning and that's what we are here to do. Go Vicky....🙂
Actually to everyone in the comments assuming they meant something (they could have idk but..) a basic psychology course teaches that a person's ENVIRONMENT is what plays a factor in things like their accents, how they act, their behaviors, what they eat, amongst other things. That's scientifically proven. Just want to put that out there. Now, what this person meant, they can explain. Edit to say, now I understand the "Blacks. Blacks?? Karen's." Y'all are going back & forth with each other 🤦♀️ smh
I’m from Florida and I went to all black schools. I went to job corps in homestead Miami. I said it, especially when singing songs. Nobody cared at all. When I moved ugh to Indiana it was a whole new way. My first friend flipped out first time I said it along to a cardi B song. She said girl don’t say that! You white and don’t have the right! I said first of all there’s equal amounts of white people if not more who support rap music! Secondly if I’m paying for the song I’m not gonna be rapping and when it gets to that part be silent or say bleep. Like fr? I never used it in a disrespectful way. My music choices and vocabulary has changed now after getting closer to God and seeing Hollywood for what it is though.
Shes taking responsibility, thats rare for these young kids on here. Good for her, weve all done dumb stuff but these days when you do the whole world knows it. Shes owning up. I like her.
@@ChiralityPracticalityin her case it's a choice, and many people do fake it. But black Americans do have legitimate dialects and accents that have been recognized for hundreds of years, and in some parts of America they literally have different languages
First of all she's lying and everyone eating it up in the comments. Black people are so gullible it's pathetic. Some of us are so desperate to accept others that white people know how to bypasse into our communities. When they get asked why the say nigga they just gotta say that they're half black. And we will eat that up. Easy.
So she's not taking accountability at all 😂. First, she blamed her black friends and then she blamed her exes family. Ironically, they're all people from the very same group she offended (Black people). She absolutely still uses the word. I know her type.
logic mom was around black people too and had a biracial child but it didnt keep her from calling him the hard R. if it walks like a duck its a fxxking duck@@boatedboat9191
I actually like her, and imo in the past she wasnt mocking or being cocky trying to act black in vids, seems like it may have been her actual life being around black people... also im glad shes learning she seems pretty aware and maybe intelligent
As someone who took a lot of psychology in college and researched body language. She’s looking up in the air to find a false story to excuse her behavior ijs
Body language analysis can't indicate whether someone is lying. And this is a dangerous concept to push bc it puts more power in police and state hands to say they know someone's telling the truth or not based on where their eyes are. It's ableist, to start, because it immediately raises suspicions toward neurodivergent people who may not naturally make eye contact or may not focus their attention in ways that are socially legible to neurotypicals-you should be aware of this as someone who "took a lot of psychology"...
I heard if you look up one way you're accessing your left or right side of your brain and vice versa. One side is your creative side which would indicate lying and looking the other way means accessing your memories.... i don't remember which is which
Respect is more important than the use of the word. I'm not gonna stop saying it unless i know it's gonna bother people I care about, or I'm in a public area where it's respectful to he cordial. But if I'm with my friends I'm gonna say it all I want because they're cool with me saying it.
She still didn’t take any accountability here😂🤚🏽 she done blamed the former black bf, his family and his friends before she said you know what I was wrong for that because my whole life I knew my colors and knew I wasn’t that…PERIOD! Wtf
She did take accountability she said I understand the importance of the word I took it out of my vocabulary how much do you want to say sorry she is making a change hence is taking accountability
She literally said one of her parents were black at one point. Come to find out of course. They are not. It wasn’t just saying it. She took it allll the way there
Which she discussed, in this video. She was also advised to say that, by the same people. Yes, the whole thing was silly, but it got a lot of people watching videos, which was the point.
This isnt a "black" voice this is the voice of someone brought up and cultured by those around her. Granted, i dont know this girl or if shes been caught with a different tone or dialect, but i moved to the hood in my teens and i knew plenty of white people who spoke the same as their black parallels. We are all so framed by our environment. She said all of her friends were black. She is a product of her environment just like they are. Her hood thick accent might not be put on. It might be natural for her.
I love the comments from everyone "I'm glad she's growing up and taking accountability" she's legit telling you the ex's family were geniuses they made her go viral. She's not sorry she doesn't regret it she's literally saying she'll say anything to go viral 😂
I like her. Im black. Her saying anythng does not bother me because if ur mature enuff you realise these young people want to go viral and get paid. So these fools putting her down are doing just what she wanted making her filthy rich. Respect her game
You are a fool. If you give them an inch they'll take a mile. It's not about if she is racist . It's about respecting yourself and your ancestors struggle so you can enjoy the life you have know.
You're a fool. You can peep game she playin at as a caricature of a stereotypical black women to farm outrage out of black people and you think its okay? I'm not saying you have to be mad about it but you say you like it you're a weirdo.
Most kids, these days, aren’t as concerned about what other kids say as they were, back when a white kid saying the N word was probably doing so with racist intent.
Influencers take notes!!!! This is how u GENUINELY take responsibility it’s laid back no fake tears but you can believe she doesn’t say that word in public or private
I can’t tell if you are being real or sarcastic? She didn’t stop because she thought it is wrong, she stopped because she got blasted/cancelled and that’s all she’s worried about
As a black person. I don’t give af who says the word. It’s a word. I genuinely cannot understand why so many people want to control what someone else open they mouth to say and then get mad when the same thing is done to them. It’s racist in itself to say someone can’t say a word Bec the color of their skin. I believe intent is what should matter most in anything. If you have the intention to make me feel bad or harm me then you don’t need to say the “N word” to get me riled up. You could call me anything under the sun and I would get mad because you have the intentions to hurt me. At the end of the day we all humans and we all just shades of brown. Even if you are “white” your just the lightest shades of brown. Not a single human on this earth isn’t a shade of brown so all this over a word when in a couple centuries we are all gonna be a singular shade is wild to me . Get over it, and half the people who have something to say about it aren’t even brown skinned. And the other half can’t even name a single person in their family history that was a slave off the top of their head. Instead of trying to control others, how about control yourself. Don’t use a word you don’t want someone else to use and just let the word die. The word could have died a hundred years ago if we didn’t keep using it so hey get mad when someone else uses the word in a similar manner. By now the word doesn’t even have its original meaning. It’s just another word for “bro” “friend” “dude” it just refers to an individual person as a person with no negative connotation attached so let it be that way and stop gatekeeping and dick riding a word
I bet you support the military and the police force for the same country and police force that never cared about us either. Y'all so weird out here these days SMH. Y'all ain't been through nothing and y'all ain't educated on anything and y'all just running around here trying to make new rules for everything in society.
People don’t understand that when you say the N word it’s a cultural thing. Vicky is white but grew up with black friends therefore she used the word because it was acceptable in her area. People don’t get this.
Culturally she would have gotten her ass whooped by any black person who had self respect. She hung with hood-rats who probably envied her whiteness so she got a pass with them.
That’s not a good thing! Racial slurs should never be normalized and it’s the black music artist and other black people that let this stuff slide is what keeps it going
@@tonilloyd7734 What do you mean they let it slide? They didn’t simply let it slide. They included in their art. They promoted it. And, this is what we get for it.
I'm black and honestly couldn't care less if you use a word...it's a word and you have freedom of speech. People just really enjoy being victims and people in America just need to harden the fuck up and stop being so emotional over a word that has literally no effect on them.
Good for you! Please don’t forget all the Ns that struggled and died to provide you with this freedom. Learn your history! It isn’t simply about people being overly sensitive.
I’m giving a huge side eye to this one..I went to a mostly white school in elementary..no one ever said it and these kids would have a cursing contest every now and then to see what new bad words we’ve heard. No one ever said it. This new boy came to school and u could tell he was less fortunate. He was mixed. We were all nice to him. But his mother smoked in front children so all of the parents stopped talking to her and stopped inviting her to stuff. That little use to say it. It was added immediately to the bad words and he got suspended. Kids know this word is not good.
