Wolf Creek Dam  

This video shows one of the sleuses open letting water out of the lake and into the downstream Cumberland River. The purpose of this operation is to aerate the water (by it hitting the concrete wall immediately beyond the dam outlet) thereby introducing valuable oxygen into the river for the downstream fish
