Wolfenstein 3D: Episode 1, Floor 5 (100% Clear, All Secrets!) 

The 5th floor of Wolf 3D is fairly simple with only a few traps and secrets until you get to the last room and then there is a secret area with tons of enemies and little rooms full of treasure. It's kinda cool!
