You need to wrap the entire module with epoxy resin. Small manual switches also need to be waterproof and isolated.

ROVs are using wax boxes. Small container filled with a low temp melt wax with what ever needs to be waterproofing.

Because the problem with this video is that it defeats the entire purpose of electric start from the controller which is why I think we all bought it

Have everything hooked up correctly and cannot get the channel three button to engage the starter. I've tried all kinds of different things I tried all three of the wiring setups to where I used the 3S battery alone and then I also used a 7.4 and the 3S combined and it still wasn't working I can get it to start up but only if I disconnect from the receiver with the ESC still on and then reconnect it to the receiver and then all of a sudden it starts up but again that defeats the entire purpose of having the electric start on the controller. And I know that my channel 3 is working because I've tested it with other servos. I'm curious is there a certain setting that I need to have the channel 3 on like maybe 50% instead of 100%

I just got mine right now and I’m having a hard time figuring out which what wire goes to what. It’s the 3 black wires, it would’ve been nicer If they marked them. How did you figure it out?
