All these IPS officers involved in land rackets must be arrested by the Home Minister.. Delhi and inquiry made by CBI under Prevention of Corruption Act and then by ED for money laundering under PMLA. Still bigger fishes are sitting in high places in Delhi.

If Yogi demoted an IPS, from d DSP rank to a Constable, why can't d DGP despite Central powers b dealt with? Its d dbl engines at both ends to b protected, for getting that lucrative plump posting.
