Cheaters who never get caught still have to pay for their actions, even when they don’t know how their contribution destroyed families/relationships. The woman’s homelessness may have caused one of the men she cheated with homelessness in that famiy-she didn’t know about. Or her disability may be karma for one of her lover’s companions getting a disability from fighting, a car accident, or children getting hurt, or some other dominoe effect of the affair being discovered. Dealing with betrayal is not an easy logical experience when conflicted with wanting to work out an offense because you love someone, or just abandon the person because you have to love yourself.

At least she's being honest about the situation and taking responsibility. If she can engage in physical fitness to hopefully heal her injury. Get a skin graft or whatever is needed to eliminate her face tattoo. And no longer wear bonnets on social media or in Plainview of the public eye She might be able to at least rebuild her relationship with her kids and live a much better life from this point on.
