Without any joke, the human mouth is extremely filthy and if the bite was big enough, the security guard should check it out. My partner as a nurse she works in the "hands and plastics" dept. in her hospital and she gets lot of people with cuts, dog bites, cat bites and sometimes even human bites-these are by far the worst and have caused flesh tissue damage to the point of removing big part of the skin.
