I worked with this girl years back; I started hearing rumors that she had an overseas relationship with some guy in Africa and actually flew out to be with him, did the business, then came back. Went back to her baby daddy and had another kid with him. One of my neighbors growing up even tried setting me up with their daughter (who was still in Vietnam) so she could get her green card. That woman didn't take any accountability for anything. She knew he couldn't get a job yet & thought by holding his green card over his head that he would be forced to stay. I can see his point that if he came from a poorer country, why would he want to come here to the same when it's supposed to be better. 🤷🏾♀️
