It seems like the work most of us have to do is the inside work. I have had dreams about it too. Negativity, resentment, insecurities, self worth, loving oneself,practicing self care and all the great things about self. Many NDers including anita m have mentioned this too. Fear is an enemy as well.

I am 66 yrs old and just now realizing this. There is so much work I need to do after a lifetime of being co-dependent and putting everyone else's needs first. For me, the first thing I needed to do is forgive myself for perceived wrongs I have done against myself and otheers. It IS a process. I have escaped death several times in my life and I really think my angels/guides were saying "not yet....not until you realize why you are really here and what you need to do". I had an intense fear of death and hell since I was a girl. I was raised in a fundamentalist chuch that interpreted the Bible in a very legalistic way. To be free of this fear was one of the greatest things I had to do. GOD is LOVE. We are loved and we ARE to love...starting with ourselves.

The mechanics of the manifestation of Ideas start from your gut and your heart. An idea is like a spark and it runs through your nervous system. It travels to your third eye and it ignites a "rocket ship of desire". It goes up into the pinael gland and goes zooming out and opens up this cone and as soon as it does that little gossamer fibers of silky threads, gold-pinks, greens blues and purples were released and went zooming out looking or corresponding people, places and things one desired to create for themselves. Then they would bring back those people, places and things to you to manifest whatever it was you were desiring. So just feel it in the gut, see it coming up, that light bulb moment/the spark within, I ALLOW IT TO GO OUT AND I ACTUALLY FEEL THOSE THREADS GOING OUT LOOKING FOR THE CORRESPONDING COMPONENTS AND I TRUST WHATEVER IT IS I AM DESIRING WILL BRING BACK THE BEST AND HIGHEST GOOD FOR ME AND ALL CONCERNED.

Thank you for sharing. The biggest problem I had was also not loving myself. I worked hard to see all the good in me, and my compassion for myself grew. I know that I am made of Source. I felt unloved from a very young age, and there were multiple reasons for that. I've forgiven all the people who made me feel unloved, including myself. But I still don't feel love itself even though I know people who love me. I love certain people, but I only feel love when I consciously think of animals, nature and Earth. I am highly empathic of how other people, animals and nature feel. I am very compassionate toward others who have difficulty and say a prayer for them. I am going to use your description of starting my desire to "feel love" in my heart, then move it to my third eye, and send tendrils out toward Source's energy of love and bring the energy of it back to my heart chakra. Then meditate on it being there. I hope that helps me. Thank you for that description.

The lesson I've learned about loving myself is this: If I really loved myself, I would never again reincarnate and put myself into this awful place again. For any reason. I love, value and respect myself too much to do this to myself again. Oh! I also don't want down dark streets at night in dangerous neighborhoods with high crime rates and drug lords in charge of the community. Love yourselves! For sure.

Hmm many levels to that. What are you? A physical body? A soul? A back pack of unfulfilled desires? A perfected being? All are true so it is a matter of focus your attention on the highest aspect of who you are. That perfected being. What does that look like to you? Don't go after the baubles and trinkets. Go after the pure gold of your highest self. Attract that to you and all else will follow.
