Why was the dispatcher so rude and judgemental? In these situations most people wouldn't think straight. You don't know at that time what he's doing or what he's capable of. The dispatcher was just being rude for no reason.
Ive seen many videos of them acting like it. I heard a story from I believe an EMT that said they had to quit because "once i get desensitized I wont be able to feel empathy for my patients" or similar.
my sister worked as a dispatcher for a week or so and she said the staff of all women were very toxic and mean to her. She had to quit because of the bullying. Watching all these videos with rude dispatchers makes perfect sense to me.
Anybody else really, really angry with the Ohio parole board right now? Why the hell was this guy only given 18 months? How the hell was he given parole? How do you get three convictions for kidnapping and serve only a few months of jail time?
Man I hate the justice system in this state, it's all kinds of fucked up For instance there is a well known pedo sex offender in my city who used geocaching as a way to sneak into people's lives and befriend them under the guise of being a friendly dude, but he was a sick twisted individual. He stalked, probably still does, ALL kinds of people myself included. I'm talking multiple social media profiles with multiple names, multiple geocaching accounts.. He even had business cards about being a super expert geocacher and held events and "what a great way to get your kids off of a true terror for them!the internet !" He is a very deranged individual and has this laundry list of offenses but just keeps getting slaps on the wrists. Like how does this even make sense
They paid 10k to be released. Also, the tax payers pay for their lawyer. Criminals spent almost their whole life come in and out of detention just paying a bond
Wanna know the truth? It's because almost every state prosecutor has been paid by George " Nazi" Soros to go light on violence and pedos, they want to create chaos in America to destabilize, so they can take the remainder of our rights and bring in digital currency for total control. Call me crazy in five years
I was reporting a crime 3 years ago here in N.Ireland.. I got talking to the cop, he was a nice guy and he told me that an animal like this guy had beat his GF up so badly the cops did not know if it was a female or male when they first seen her, she was unrecognizable, the case went to court obviously and the judge let the man walk free with a small fine...!!! This "liberty thingy" we are going thro is worldwide at the moment, well, in the "free world"..!! WHY?????
The way the responder handled the situation, the cops when the girl was let out the shed, and the fact the guy has victimized several women and was free and will be again is all so horrific and heartbreaking…what’s wrong with this world 💔
A skull fracture....A brain bleed...Saying she would never see her child again and threatening to light fuel on her....*How is that not attempted murder?????*
the threats are considered assault; the actual injuries are considered battery. So, telling someone what you are going to do to them is assault and actually doing it to them is battery. From what I understand, there has to be intent to kill for it to be attempted murder. In my opinion, our "justice" system is broken.
And not only that but the married couple are clearly accessories after the fact. They knowingly allowed a kidnapped and assaulted victim to be abused on their property for several hours. Imagine havi g the nerve to say I took my kid to school to make sure he was safe, but I did nothing for the victim for hours.
@@lawjefyes, but on the other hand, if you charge them, a couple helping, for calling 2 hours later then the next time such as thing happens, no one will call. A beaten, disfigured victim having a fractured skull and arm, a swollen head is made to walk to an ambulance, which must not have people who can push a stretcher on wheels up to her, check her vitals etc.? What a pitiful display of incompetence and lack of compassion. No kudos to the cops either. Happy she survived. And what about her child/children?
So many things about how the cops acted was so weird and off-putting. Remarking that it had taken a long time for the caller to make the 911 call while faffing about themselves for ages. Threatening to send in the dog when they had been told a beaten woman was being held against her will, AFTER they already got the suspect out of there. The language used in general, calling the victim a "chick". Joking around outside. Keeping the kidnapper right outside able to talk to the victim. Not even trying to help her walk to the ambulance. Ugh, just bad all around.
The cops were laughing multiple times in front of her. This whole situation was so disturbing in its mismanagement. Yes that is true, but there are loopholes. Ppl are forever filing lawsuits against the criminal justice system, and quite often, they win a lot money when it’s something that could’ve been prevented. So there absolutely may very well be something that can be done in this girls case. They just need to get a lawyer that will dig for those loopholes. And let me tell you, suits like these usually have very large payday. Lawyer jump on this shit fast if it holds water! I really think they didn’t want to say anything because of their loyalty to him and because they were scared. I think it got to a point they didn’t want to be involved in a murder and said enough is enough.
The police didnt catch the contradictions in her statements? The fact that the father went in there Daily, every day, without failure. Which would include the 4 days she was kept hostage there by Will as he was also living there. She and her entire family has been covering for his crimes, deeply.
One of the officers also says something about how he'd obviously been there for a while, because months prior he'd been located there according to parole

exactly! the couple knew she was there. funny how "innocent" they pretend to be when they finally called. "oh we just found out this morning! goodness gracious!" smfh
My thoughts: They were letting him live in the garage for months, but the discovery of the girl freaked his friends out. They then spent those five hours trying to figure out what to do. At least, they didn't just look the other way. This girl would probably have been dead eventually.
This was my thought as well. They were helping him out by letting him stay there, but they found out he had a girl that was beat to hell and had no idea what to do. Even their story didn’t make sense. Why are you waiting HOURS? Why would you NOT change the passcode? None of it makes any sense, so either they are dumb as hell or they were LETTING him stay. Why they would be friends with a violent offender like this when they have THREE vulnerable people in the house (parents and child)? Imo they were aiding him.

Just horrifying... that poor woman. The officers were being nice to her and everything, but they looked like they could do with some more training on how to handle a victim in that scenario. Even basic things like ensuring they quickly got her to a warm location or getting a blanket for her, as she was clearly freezing in that garage, and informing her as soon as her attacker was off the premises.
Yes, I thought seems like they could have had an ambulance there to take vitals while they’re asking questions🙄 She had a brain bleed for crying out loud.
You are absolutely right! I’m not saying that the cops were bad guys per say, but they definitely could have been more compassionate and treated the victim with a little humility. I can’t even begin to image what she must have felt after going through all of that, but to sit there and have 12 officers running around like a bunch of rookies surely couldn’t have helped matters. Why is this violent offender ‘very good friends’ with the homeowners?!? How in the world would anyone want to be very good friends with someone this evil??! @@beetlejuiceflorida that’s an interesting thought. I think it’s just bc they get desensitized from the amount of calls they get. It was very clear that Chloe was NOT able to safely walk out of the garage, and down a long concrete driveway -- she was stumbling around and not one of those damn officers lent her a hand. Shame on all of them. Prayers for Chloe. Edit: Thank you for the replies below that present another perspective. Rather than jumping to conclusions, I was very triggered b y the video. Truth is, a friend of mine and her child were kidnapped by a man I knew, and he killed them both. Please understand how trauma can be like a spring, always replenishing the pond.
Most often the last thing an abused victim want is to be touch. It's not like they just left her to her own, there is person there guide her along the way and asking her if she able to walk. Maybe next time actually think and not jump to conclusion and make all these men look bad for doing their job ?
I’m pretty sure they were afraid to touch her… I would be afraid to touch her because I would be afraid of triggering a fight or flight response in her. I mean, after suffering all that recent trauma, her brain would still be in survival mode. So she could easily be sent into a fight or flight response.
2:05 okay Linda…. No shit she should change the password, but compassion?!? Damn!! Why are 90% of the 911 operators such assholes to people, who call for help…
Why should she be compassionate to that woman? She was making dumb excuses for why she couldn't help or call the cops as soon as she found out she waited almost 2 hours to call KNOWING that there was beat up young girl locked in a garage with a what she described as a meth head with mental issues. So yea the operator told her what to do like she needed to be told. I hope they bring charges against her and her damn husband they both disgust me.
Probably a , 'oh but he just needs to stay on his meds, I'll take care of him' Serious Co-Dependent case. Maybe on behalf of both ends of that couple...
I love this channel! Im so happy that you posted! I feel like the cops and the dispatch lady didn't take the woman as serious as this needed to be handled, and she needed to be treated.
Dumb questions? Oh, like “why didn’t you call 5 hours ago when you found out?”- those kinds of dumb questions? I’m sure you would love to know that the person who called the police to save you took her sweet ass time because she had to make sure her kid got to school on time- you know, she weighed the choice of your potentially violent death versus her kid’s attendance record and decided hey, the hostage can wait… You people are so morally inverted…
Husband’s story is different from what the woman said on the phone. She said he only suspected the girl was beat up because he saw it on the camera, but he said he met her face to beaten face. I don’t trust these people at all.
This guy should be locked up for life, not on parole for what he did to his ex-girlfriend. Some people have simply gone too far in their decline that it’s too late to rehabilitate them. Poor woman having to endure that nightmare.
These cops’ professionalism level… bafflingly poor considering how obviously traumatized this girl is…even the 911 operator was oddly rude. the legal system will hopefully not put him right back in the street 3yrs from now given that’s his schedule: 2011,2014, and 2017 were his past kidnappings
Those cops are real bros too (except a couple). Treated the victim like a felon even though the real criminal was known to them. They made her WALK TO the ambulance unassisted likely because they were grossed out by her condition instead of being concerned. Wonder if that’s how they’d want their daughters to be treated in a similar circumstance. Disgusting ole boys at work. Having a giggle with the criminal outside while bullying the woman. Gross cowards.
My thoughts exactly! They were told that her face/eyes are so swollen she can't see, and they have her climb down a ladder unassisted?! They might have meant well (giving them the benefit of the doubt here), but calling her "sweetheart" and "dear" was so condescending in this situation. She was abused by a guy, and I can only imagine how worthless she might've felt, being talked down at like that by other men. These hicks need lots of training!
@@religiohominilupus5259 Well I personally feel like "dear/sweetheart" could be comforting in such a situation (personally) but the "chick" and laughing outside is just unbelievable
If the system were at all efficient another woman wouldn’t have suffered at the hands of this predator. When does the public’s safety outweigh an individual’s right to live freely amongst society? It’s scary that legislature allows lunatics like this to walk around.
The system gains power through crime. The release these people on purpose. When the police arrest him, people cheer for law enforcement and demand a larger police force and a bigger budget for the police. They need more judges and a bigger judicial budget to handle all these people going through the system over and over. They could stomp out 95% of crime in a month for all the money being spent but then they would have an idle police force and a lack of job security for lawyers and judges. All politics is theater to keep the populace enthralled and in line.
If p&p located him there months prior, these people have known for a while he was out there. They just weren't happy he had someone out there with him.
That caller and her husband both need to be charged as an accessory to kidnapping and false imprisonment. She waits over two hours to call the police knowing someone has a hostage in her garage? Her huband knew for over five hours? She and her husband know more and are more involved than what they say. No other way to see this, especially after hearing their supposed defense of not calling it sooner.
I saw part of this video on another channel, it was not blurred out, and she looked so messed up. It was so sad. Thanks for extending my understanding of the story by posting and explaining it in more detail.
Yeah the officers’ language and demeanour towards the woman was off, referring to her as a ‘chick’ and laughing in the background. It took them waaaay too long to adjust their tone to something appropriate for a traumatised victim ffs!!!
Medics were great - they clearly have a bit more training and sensitivity with victims than the cops. In Australia, police undergo training in trauma-informed practice and mental health, after too many incidents where the wrong people were handled roughly. It has made a huge difference to policing here and the public’s trust in police.
Welcome to how they treat abused women!! It’s disgusting ik first freaking hand! Just despicable they way they treat Sa and any other abused women it’s nawful to be a woman 99% of the time tbh
The 911 operator caring more about why the woman didn't call at 7:30 vice 9 pisses me off. Their job is to take the info and get police out there, not judge someone.
@SenorYMENot the job of a 911 operator. We've already seen that there is blowback about 'how a 911 caller sounds when they call' being used as evidence against that person.
Entire household is drug addicts, theyll tell random nonsense because half the time they probably dont know whats going on themselves or care for it. Police is also the last thing they want to interact with, but they were quick enough to realize their friend is going to get them in deep trouble.
Repulsive he wants his freedom yet repeatedly stops women from having their freedom. And the original caller, a female, calls him a close friend?! Whats wrong with people?! And maybe give longer sentences for assault and kidnap?!
The way Chloe was treated by the police makes me sick. She deserved so much better. She is a strong survivor to walk out of there. I hope she has a strong support system and a safe place to heal from the trauma of this. wish I could give her a hug poor baby
Threatening her with the dog was really bad in hindsight, but at the time I don't think the officers fully knew the situation. Did they know for sure they were dealing with the victim at that point? Maybe the threat was still uncalled for though, I don't know. Other than that, they seemed nice to her as soon as the situation became clear.
I don't think the officers knew she was a victim at first. They did not know who was in there, what was going on. But they needed to change course once they realized. They were outside laughing while this poor girl had just been thru hell. The story doesn't add up. The couple is not telling the whole truth
Next thing you know they let serial killers out of prison simply for good behavior. At this point our justice system is not above doing something like that.
How does this man have 3 kidnapping convictions, only get 18 months and then get released on parole?! Here's hoping for a longer punishment and better training for that dispatcher!
Does it seem weird to anyone else that the officers were so disconnected to Chloe? I mean , they didn't help her come down from the hiding place and didn't really offer her any immediate comfort. And yes, I heard someone offer bottled water and another ask if she wanted to sit in the police car. I just feel she was in shock and needed assistance. 😢
I agree. From what they said at the end she had a broken arm, a brain bleed, fractured skull, was covered in urine and gasoline and two black eyes. She sat there alone for quite a long time before they led her to an ambulance. No one seems concerned or worried for her. I wonder if that’s a display of their own shock and trauma
@@eleesahull8842 lmfao maybe the fact that her abuser was literally still in the room?? Obviously she didn’t call out or go to open the door since she was scared the guy may do something to her out of retaliation
So why was Mozingo loose if he had a plethora of terrifying crimes on his record? He'd been arrested for kidnapping a few times before. What kind of stupid courts do they have there?
The punishment for the last kidnapping, 18mths was unbelievable. You have to be joking. An insult to the girls family and the system. I hope this time he gets charged appropriately and goes to jail for a very long time. He should be charged with attempted murder as well.
I'm extremely disappointed with all those law-enforcement officers. They didn't help her down the ladder, they didn't help her walk out to the ambulance, literally nobody helped her!! Shame on them all!
You mean besides saving her life by arresting your kidnapper and freeing her. Not enough for you? They had no clue if she was a victim or an armed accomplice. Where were you to save her?
@@fredjung did you actually see all of the physical damage that was done to her body, especially to her head, once she got to the hospital? It's a miracle that she was able to climb down that ladder, by herself, and walked out to the ambulance. They could've actually helped her AND save her life too. And, "if" you had seen the pictures of her face, that alone, proves she was not a part his statistic and bizarre behavior. I'm retired from law-enforcement..., to be honest your opinion doesn't matter to me, but I thought, just maybe, you would want to be more informed on this.
That dispatch needs to stop judging and start focusing on the matter let the police handle those issues god. Every second counts every dispatcher knows that
So they are friends with this guy that they already know was convicted of similar crimes and they are still calling him a good friend? That tells me something about them as well
@audreyevans7422 I agree being friends with him is not morally correct. But what should they be charged with? Being friends with a criminal is now a crime? They found out about the dude and the victim and called it in, definitely called it in late. So what should they be charged with?
i dont think she made the right choice either but i dont think we are in any place to judge. its a scary situation and she did not want her son to witness it. she should have called earlier, yes, but she is also a mother. not to mention that the man shouldnt have even been able to be free in the first place after such a horrifying background. in addition, christine explained so many details to the 911 dispatcher, who was also rude may i add, and the cops were told nothing, as if there was 0 communication.
@@dizzybunnies If she or her husband had called at 1:00 in the morning when he saw the woman the son would not have witnessed anything. Leaving someone to possibly die because you "don't want your child to witness anything"is bs. Letting a felon/kidnapper live in your garage with a minor on the property, and the code to your phone, easily fits my definition of an unfit parent.
i hear you man i really do. in fact i even agreed that she didnt do the right thing. im just trying to imagine being in her place and not really knowing what to do. im assuming she didnt change the code bc she thought when he left he wouldnt come back. idk the whole story. have a good day@@jennifera4350
You all need to watch the full video Bodycam. These offices treated the situation with contempt for the victim. Their conversations and laughing before getting her out was abhorrent. It was heartbreaking. You can see them laughing with the perpetrator in this video too. There was no call requesting for a female officer, no urgent call for an ambulance. A very disturbing way to treat a victim of a kidnap and assault.
These are Ohio cops true to form. As a native to this area I can confirm this is how they act and this is how they continue to dismiss domestic violence. I recommend the documentary Red Roll that goes over Ohio Football Culture and Violence towards women if you want to really get more insight into this toxic topic.
I've seen the whole story, the cops treated this girl horribly after everything she went through. They couldn't even give her comfort or water while they yuck it up and do other things, ignoring her as she's traumatized.
@@miacrow9480 Right? A touch of empathy for those you swore to "protect & serve" Protection isn't confined to bullets. Serving wasn't evident whatsoever.
@@-astrangerontheinternet6687 they didn't know if she was a victim yet when they threated her with the dog. there are all sorts of possibilities that could happen. they have to be super careful in a situation like this because there might've been someone with a gun or a weapon in there waiting for them.
@@sifumonkey78 They received an phone call that a woman is being held and beaten by the man they just got into custody. That was their first clue she’s a victim.
Wait, wait, wait... HE WAS ARRESTED FOR THIS 3 **THREE** OTHER TIMES BEFORE THIS FOR THE SAME THING?!?! But sure: women have nothing to fear from their abuser and are aaaaalways believed. "Luckily, the ex-gf from 2019 survived." YOU LET HIM GO TO FINISH THE JOB!!!! She wouldn't have to BE lucky if people like this were locked away for longer than freakin' EIGHTEEN MONTHS. Of course he was gonna keep beating and kidnapping women. He's barely given a slap on the wrist for the other THREE TIMES HE DID IT. I cannot put into words my f***ing anger towards that b***sh**. Why bother to call police on abusers when they're gonna get released in a year and a half, just stewing in their anger and letting it build so they can come find me and finish the job before I even get a chance to get to a safe, livable space?! Moving is difficult and expensive!
