I moved to Georgia 30 years ago and she is absolutely right for both the men and women. Every chick I met had something going on with her just like then list she just mentioned. Chicks are bigger players than the dudes. It’s crazy. So, I pivoted, put my passport to work about 20 years ago and never looked back. As far as the dudes, she is right. I would be hard pressed to introduce any female in my life to the typical guy I know in Atlanta. So many of those dude are next level trifling. I’ve seen dudes that maintained whole 2nd residence ($1400 per month) just so their side chicks think they’re single, wives have no clue…lol. It’s crazy.

Some women just aren't ready for a good man until they're 3-4 kids deep by multiple men and are up the creek in life. And then at that time when they are ready for a serious man and none of them want her anymore it becomes an issue.
