Take care of yourself, I am too, but if you have it in you, maybe try and extend yourself. Maybe go to a church, or see if there's any group events happening nearby. It feels good to help, even just to talk to someone... I spoke to a 21 year old who was addicted to crack, and his friend came soon who he was waiting for and that friend was addicted to fentanyl. They lost a friend the day prior to me meeting them... overdose. I spoke with them for 45 minutes and I sense that I had a profound impact on them, even though I myself am an alcoholic and on the verge of homelessness. I've been on that verge for months now. Being Canadian is NOT fun anymore... There are people who would benefit from having you in their life, and people who you would benefit from having them in your life. There is a strong temptation to just stay home, I personally barely ever leave. Just to go out for booze and food, that's just about it. I work from home online. My 'daily commune' to 'work' is trudging in the morning from where I sleep to where my computer is. But almost every time I leave home, I find an opportunity to try a conversation with someone, and it is common for it to go on for a half-hour or up to two hours. Frankly, I am unkempt, I LOOK homeless even though I am not homeless even though I HAVE been homeless in the past, but people shake my hand and smile and thank me. There is an epidemic of loneliness, I see the struggle on people's faces and they light up just for someone giving the time of day to LISTEN and to reply thoughtfully and honestly.
Nah.. they're much closer in their childhood.. As siblings get older they grow apart.. Cause they get into their own spouse and kids and call them their 'family' forgetting about their siblings and parents...Then their kids grow up and the cycle goes on.. That's the bitter truth..
@@sakshitiwari8130i had it the opposite actually. When my brother and I, only 18 months apart, were younger we hated eachother. But after like his freshman year of high school we’ve been closer than any siblings I’ve seen from my school.

Very true. I have a younger sister, and I pick on her a lot. I'll tag her in stuff like, "oh look I found a baby photo of my sister" and it will be a picture of a baby monkey. Me and her were tied at the hip growing up, and I even call her everyday. Sometimes twice a day just to bug her. She called me a few months ago because she wanted to argue with someone that wasn't her hubby or kids, and all because of snacks 😂

My dad was a nyc cop, I was 10 years old and went to Manhattan for a school field trip. Unbeknownst to me he called my school, worked things out and right before I would go onto the boat to see Ellis island, he had 4 officers approach me, put me in cuffs and put me in the back of what I think was a Capri vehicle. I was so upset, I looked up at the officer driving, he turned his head and said "oh hey son". He then drove us to a restaurant to have lunch and was laughing about what he pulled off haha. I didn't get to see Ellis island but it was a great memory ill always remember of my dad....
