Melody Johnson won’t be going to prison, even after being convicted of attempted murder. She tried to poison her husband, airman Roby Johnson, by putting chlorine into his coffee for weeks. Johnson suspected something was wrong, planted cameras in their kitchen and had the water tested. I agree I guess there are different laws for females in criminal cases. I had a woman try to poison my drink but it smelled funny so I did not drink it. It was at a Dunkin donuts and the person serving it did it. I never went back to that location

Yes, you get it… A perp can nearly every time get off lightly when they claim mental issues, and have some proof of treatment or claims of mental illness. It’s as though someone could precede a crime with a few sessions or diagnosis; then commit the crime and get off easy.
