I'm in between this. Wanting a ceasefire for millions of innocent Palestinians is different from supporting Hamas. It is unfair to act like all of those people are affiliated and want war by the way. Granted, she might view Hamas as "heroes" based on what she said.

Highly unlikely she gets more then 5 years. Even if she gets 5 years, she will likely be on out on parole in 2 to 3.5 years, because she is both a foreigner and likely has NGO/liberal support. May 29th 2020 never happened apparently, or was entirely peaceful as protesters chanting death threat towards Trump set fire to cars and a church outside the White House, while trying to push past capitol police to breach the White House gates. Another interesting comparison is that not one person who marched, on camera, chanting "Kill Donald Trump" in Sol Cal after he was declared the winner in 2016 was ever arrested, nor was Kathy Griffin, nor has anyone that has hung or burned effigies of trump, but everyone who did it to Obama was, even if they weren't white. Though I guess the BS charges against Trump while Biden has done similar but worse is the best example of the double standards.

The fact that people around the world think they can force their LOCAL governments/companies to force a FOREIGN country into any kind of action is asinine. They can't make HAMAS give up hostages which you never hear them calling for which really should be getting said at the same time as they complain about the Palestinian people, even though HAMAS is mostly the group responsible for them being in harms way anyway, as evidenced by the last 4 hostages being freed. I don't really care if they are threatened or forced to comply by HAMAS, that makes them complicit in their behaviour. Same legal process applies to witnesses of other crimes that do nothing to stop it or call the law, it's called being an accessory after the fact in case anyone has a problem with that. People might say they could be killed if they don't comply. Die on your knees or on your feet - you're still just as dead. I suppose that's free will, choosing to become a victim.
