it makes me really happy that this isn't the stereotypical story where the person knew they were trans as a child. most trans people only come to the conclusion when they're a teenager

God I wish transition was that quick and easy. One year and a night in the hospital isn't nearly enough time. On average it takes 5 years and up to 4 surgeries, easily. If I could do it in the blink of an eye, I would.
Hey there! I absolutely love the video, and would like to offer some constructive criticism regarding the 'transformation'. I'm not sure if this is because you had nothing else at your disposal, but baggy clothing that disfigure the shape of the sim and make them appear more masculine would have been much more realistic than a tight fitting t-shirt. Dysphoria generally targets your figure, so it would be unlikely that a pre-t individual would like showing off their curves and breasts. Cutting the hair instead of hiding it under a beanie prior to the gender reassignment surgery would have also made this a tad more realistic. I'm ftm myself, so i'm speaking primarily from my own experience... but i feel like the pointers might come appreciated!

As a transguy, I can confirm that the struggle is absolutely real. My mom wasn’t very accepting at first, my dad is practically nonexistent, and even some of my family today still aren’t accepting. I wish it was as quick to transition as it was in the video but 🤷🏽♂️ if I can give a suggestion, if you do one of these again, you should have him wear baggier clothing mid-transition because gender dysphoria makes you feel ashamed because your body doesn’t match your brain. He wouldn’t wear tight clothing, but otherwise, good job!
I have an idea: A sim was born and she ran away from her abusive father when she was a child. A strange man came up to her and took her to his "pleasure house" Inside there was a lot of perverted men. The man told her to get naked and "play" with them. She lived with 2 other girls, his twin daughters Mary and Sue. They had "play" names. She was given one. Twinkle. The others were Gem and Star. When the twins got older, they were sold to a human trafficker. She tried to run. She was sold as well, turning to drugs to get her through the day. When she got pregnant, she was kicked out, living on the streets. She gave birth, and left her child with a wealthy man. Now we are here. She's now an adult. At the doorstep, there is a scruffy child. Hers. Now as she is dying, she realised that her child is having a child. She finally tells everyone her real name: Sara. I call it: Silent Screams.
Sounds good but i have a question. Why is she dying? How did she reach the wealthy man? And the wealthy man made her child pregnant right? And why is she finally telling everyone her name? Why was her name such a big deal?
I like this a lot, the one thing I can't help but notice though is that in your telling of the story in the description, you referred to the main character as "she" the whole time, which I'll be honest kind of rubs me the wrong way.
Noah Mae they didn't transition yet or identify as a male yet the pronouns are changed once Hayden identified as a male... Hayden identified as female up until the incident with his mother....
By no means did I intentionally misgender them, if that's what it seems like to you, I'm sorry! Hayden did at the beginning identify as a female, so that's what I was depicting in the description. Although Hayden did eventually transition, in the beginning he was confused and wasn't entirely sure what he needed to truly be himself. I tried showing that where I said "Throughout her life, Heidi experienced gender dysphoria, but confused it with just being "insecure"". So, I guess by using the "she" pronouns I was trying to explain that at that time Hayden didn't identify as a male. I'm so sorry about the confusion, I truly didn't mean any disrespect.
As I said, it was just something that kind of rubbed me the wrong way, not that it was something that was completely totally awful or something. I think in a situation like this, it's just kind of a choice you have to make, and while I may have made a slightly different choice with my own writing, I respect your choice with your own. I just felt it was worth commenting on, in case you wanted an extra opinion from a real life trans guy.
When I was 8 I was a huge tomboy. I hated dresses so much. I always wore boy clothes and played games. I thought about being trans. But then I thought about how much I love my long hair or how I just love being a girl. Plus girls don't have to do the proposing. I just love myself the way I was born. If God does not want me to be trans, then I will not be trans. I am super thankful to be a girl.
god only creates people. he cannot decide what you do with your body. it is also ok for a girl to propose but if you are happy with being who you are, I won't try to stop you :)

I liked the video, but I feel like you should have made small changes throughout the process. Like give them a shorter haircut, take off their makeup, and given them smaller breasts (like they're wearing a binder.) The general idea was great though.

No, don't ignore it! Im a trans boy, only 14, so if you need to talk to someone who is trans just ask. It really doesn't matter your age unless you're like under ten.

Thinking your a girl/boy when your a boy/girl tends to start in childhood, however here, you put a twist by making the problem start in teenagehood! I have three transgenders in my Sims game. One male Vampire, he is more like an androgynous man, but he was a tomboy (a Girl who dressed like a Boy) and than I thought the Sim would be more cute as an androgynous man, so he became a man, suites him better. Than I have two Transgender females. One who really has the body and face more like a man, because I wanted to try out if I could make a male Sim as female as possible without changing the origin body and face only the gender. I think she turned out nice. And than I have a very feminin transgender, with a female body and face, but she is able to pee while standing and to make others pregnant. I made her because I wanted a lesbian couple that can have an own made Baby.
oh my god this is amazing i'm trans ftm and i still haven't transitioned yet but i'm glad you're getting the message across but uh some tips usually trans men wear more baggy clothes to hide their figure so like a sweater or a baggy shirt or hoodie would've been more appropriate than a small t shirt and also i wish transitioning could be over in a year and a night that would be amazing but other than that this is really good !! the representation of the family and supportive friends is shown really well and just sjdjjxjcjcc

Hello, first I want to congratulate you for the wonderful story that you created with a simple game, I'm surprised how you can do all those poses and record them at the right time, I'm really impressed: D, the second is that from what I understood in the story , The protagonist after experimenting with a boy does not like it to the point of feeling bad about herself, after I think that the girl who shows up is a friend of hers, they fall in love and realize that she likes women, and Where a very strict and conservative mother is also allowed to be seen, so she could not accept her daughter with another woman, and since that time the change from her, wanting to be a man, is here, where I have a problem since until Where, the transgenderos change sex because they feel they are not what they see in the mirror, even coming mostly to be children who also feel this way, and the protagonist, according to what I understood, changes sex for lack of acceptance of the mother and I mean the area of the typical that the conservative families say "it is not natural that a pair of the same sex is loved" reason why its change but to be of her is by the influence that had His mother by not accepting her and she letting herself be carried away by it. That is what I understood, I do not say that it is wrong but if I find that the reason is very immature to be carried away by what others say. That is what I understand obviously if you have a different definition about the transgenderos I am completely willing to know your posture :)
