1:40 spot on i reckon thats what i figured from the title.. this music is disgusting to alot of people but too the ones who actually are going through it , it is healing and makes you feel less alone .. you can chuck a wombat song on when your angry or pissed and it will help me to just vibe to the music and recognize my anger instead of reacting to it in a physical/verbal way
