Molli left her job in New York City, drove across the entire country with no expectations, and embarked on a new adventure. It's been six years since that brave move, and she still doesn't regret moving onto her 1971 party-yacht turned boat-home in Marin County, Ca.
Inside, this adorable floating tiny home has a living space large enough to hold a dresser, workspace, and full couch. In the kitchen, you'll find a Berkey water system, plenty of storage, and an old-fashioned stove/oven that still works like a charm. The captain's quarters, otherwise known as the master suite, is relatively small but gently holds her bed, a nightstand, and her priceless record player.
The exterior holds a beautiful garden full of fruit, vegetables, and herbs. Alongside the greenery, a grill sits for outdoor cooking, and a lounge guest bed extends ideally for a night under the stars. All enjoy the gorgeous outside deck with its open-air and quaint table set-up, just perfect for a Sunday brunch.
