For that lady who hasn't washed with soap for four years, there is a specific PH balanced cleanser called Vagisil for that area and then body wash for the other part of your body! Seriously? Is she an orphan? No mother or other lady friend couldn't have told her this? EWW . I would have bought that for her and left it on her doorstep with instructions and a loofa for the body wash.

You're not supposed to put cleaners inside, but the outside you can clean with regular soap if you want, but other stuff might help with sensitivity. Smell down there is usually from not cleaning the outside or having an infection
