What is kinda hypocritical is men bash women for their body count but men have no intention of controlling their lustful activity. So who are these men going to have intercourse with? They don't want women to have a body count for her selfish pleasure but the men want to add to a woman's body count for their selfish pleasure. Make it make sense. Or do the men want their lustful appetites controlled and are trusting that if women change then men will have to change also. (That may be the outcome but that is not the intention). Something he said was very accurate. Bashing women over their body count has become entertainment. However the Holy Spirit is not entertained.

Pls show the stats for men. I need these convos to be much more balanced. Humans are humans and sexual sin is equally awful for all of us. It’s soooo impt for men to start being held accountable for their promiscuity equally. Men were designed to PROTECT women and children, not to take and take from them and defile and abandon them. @whaddoyoumeme is right on point. I had to really work at seeing women differently than just something sexual. It takes a long time and God is still working on me.

Exodus 20:14 - “You shall not commit adultery.

I know of a couple women who have one sexual partner who was a consistent partner when a spouse one was a boyfriend. That was the only person they’ve been with sexually and then after they ended up breaking up with that person they ended up having several sexual partners. So for them, it was kind of the opposite where they had one monogamous partner for a while, and then after that relationship ended, they jumped off and went to the other extreme.

The number of sexual partners for both men and women do correlate. Especially in this Godless society. It is also true that when one who is promiscuous turns away from promiscuity and actually turns towards Jesus, one can overcome such obstacles(like not being able to commit after a certain threshold.). That being said, it’s better to not engage in promiscuity at all.

How can I be faithful if I can't even say no to sex in any given occasion? I definitely believe there is a correlation. Someone once told me you have to become that person that deserves the type of partner they dream of having. If women can't accept this they may need to take a second look at that. In fact, anybody who does not think there is a correlation whether women or men, may benefit from some introspection.

If we get our hearts right with Him...... Look at the famous men who cheat on women who are model hot 🔥. It's a heart problem. If people wanted to be faithful they would be.

This is more of a hypothetical question but what if premarital sex was made illegal? Would it help against things like hookup culture? Would it encourage more people to pursue God driven relationships? Or would it alienate people or the law never have a chance at being taken serious?

I feel like the data is saying “of those who are cheaters, they’ll have way more partners than those who don’t cheat” not “if you’ve had more previous partners, you’re more likely to cheat”. Cheating inherently adds more partners so at the bare minimum, it would be 2x-ie the faithful woman has 1 partner, but the cheater has 2 (twice as much) bc they cheated. Also, he only said (at least in this clip) “in relationships” not necessarily marriage. This doesn’t invalidate the discussion, and the conclusion of “the more previous partners means more likely to cheat in marriage” is likely still true but it feels like the data’s meaning is kinda twisted/misunderstood…

I think it's less about the number and more about the character of a person. If you are a dishonorable, disloyal person, you are more likely to cheat no matter the number of sexual partners. A person who only had one partner could just as easily cheat if they have no honor. Of course, my honor is founded on obedience to God. 🤷🏿‍♀️

Body count is Rediculous Our body created new cells and new skin every day we become fresh and new everyday.

This is wrong and here so how I know why it is wrong! I used to be a sex worker for 14 years. Now under your logic I’m incapable of being completely devoted to one man for the rest of my life?! It’s the same as men. Women and men can spend years enjoying themselves in whatever sexual ways they choose but sooner or later you are going to love someone enough to never want anyone else. I loved my wild days I think they made me feel compassion more than disrespect for men. I was able to explore my body, know what I like and don’t like. Look beyond just physical desires to actually see a person. And I was able to it all feeling like my true self. I then went through a spiritual journey and I knew I was at the point where I wanted something deeper in life. I wanted to build something with someone I loved. Now I was a young mum almost married by 19 completely in love but I didn’t know myself then. And if he was honest he didn’t know himself. Straight out the gate we were dealing with what was perceived as acceptable for men but not for women. And let me tell you it wasn’t equal,it wasn’t fair and I wasn’t having any of it. And I don’t think any women should be listening to this nonsense. Stop putting your insecurities on women. Fact is men want to be ok with their body count but want to believe they have ownership over a woman before she arrives in their life. It is beyond me how all people want to do it judge each other. Your younger years are for exploring. For understanding yourself stop limiting that to your own expectations. Most men don’t want to think their woman has been with another for one reason only and that is they don’t want her to think her ex was better then them in bed and the higher the number the more likely she knows the difference between good and bad sex. But here is the other thing you don’t realise. When she has experienced this she also knows when the one comes along because it doesn’t feel the same as anything she would have ever experienced. I know because that is what happened to me. I’ve had a lot of fantastic sex. Thought I was in love a couple times but when this one walked into my life I knew there was no one else I’d ever want to share my body with again. To the point that in our running away from our feelings phase I have up escorting and completely went celibate for a long time. Again no desire to even talk to another man. And now I have to say I find it hard to even like men in anyway because I have no interest in them and honestly I’m bored by this sexist attitude that you all seem to want to impose on the world. Ladies when the right man comes along your sexual history will not matter. If it does he isn’t the one.
