the vaulters that rise well above the bar, and come down on top of the bar, do not have enough forward momentum. they are just not running fast enough at the bar.

I wish they edited out the time that the athletes wait for the wind to pass and whatnot. Also, is it just me, or can you actually tell beforehand if they're gonna make the jump or not?
