Whether someone grabs you by your arm or your wrist, you need to inflict damage upon that person's throat and/or face. Raking, tearing, gouging, jabbing, poking or all of the above are likely going to force an offender to release or loosen their grip on you.

Yes, that is an option. But there are times where you may be grabbed and need to get yourself out of the grab without seriously hurting the other person, so it is good to know options. Thanks for the comment.

I agree with you. However, I would rather slap the assailant's hand than try to pull myself free. The top of the hand is as sensitive as the top of foot, after all.

nice but how to escape when somebody grab you upper arm with both hands?

Depends on how they grab. Thumbs are still weakest link of a grab. Might stomp the guys foot or kick the knee to get him thinking of that while you get free, might strike the throat, ear or eyes with other hand to create opportunity to escape. Sometimes it just depends...
