It's Regalia, not a costume. A costume is something you wear when you're pretending to be something you're not. Regalia is our traditional attire for Powwow dancing.
The region where this is being hosted is very beautiful. The attendees and performers must have felt very blessed to have been at such a location. The pow wows in the stadiums and the event centers are cool, but it's much nicer to be out in nature.
