Beautiful, it just brings me joy to see a smart black man who made it but turns back to help and build for his people. I would like all African brothers to come together and work together, brothers like Nana Kwame Bediako, Prince Kofi Amoabeng and Akon and many more.
your work is very impressive you have changed my way of thinking I had given up on my dream thought it was an unrealistic approach to life in Zimbabwe in Africa but watching this video your work Nana has made me realize that in the end it all comes down to one's targets, vision, effort and keeping your dreams alive.
please Cheda we need an up dates on all your project, i in particular love to watch such development and to know the current state you have gotten to since you took off. i know most of the developments are completed e.g is the one dedicated to your mother.

@@warpnin3 Because the Ghanaian government has failed to adequately educate its people so that they can handle such ventures also lack of financing has limited the growth of Ghanaian companies. At the end of the day people want the best workers avaialable to get world class products.

Hi my name is Phyllis, I'm from the states. I'm very interested in buying a home in Ghana. I came across you in a search. It's good to see a brother doing his thing. So any and all information would be helpful. Thanks so much.😊
hello Phyllis am glad you mentioned buying a home in ghana. am a real estate agent with tulip Groupe and we give you exquisite and beautiful home that will wow your imaginations and expectaions. Hoping to do business with you. Thank you
I've read that Ghana does not have much of a middle class. Who are you marketing the properties to? Ghanans or foreigners. Is the artist rendering at 1:15 any indication. The architects have designed some very nice looking building and I'm sure that you have chosen contractors with much experience, but I also hope that these project provide the citizens with construction jobs, subcontractor work and learning experiences for future projects. A well established middle class helps keep a country stable for future growth.
Kwame Darko I think you completely missed his point about the middle class. Millionaires are not middle class and do not create the stability he’s referring to.
One funny thing about the real estate company in Ghana is that they give the house to those who are living and working in Ghana but they dont want to do transactions with some of us living abroad as Ghanaian they makes the rules so hard for those of us living abroad to purchase some of of their properties ,they should do it in such that for example if a Ghanaian nurse or a teacher is paying for instance 600 on monthly basis those who are Ghanaian living outside the country should be paying like 1000 on monthly basis . All the estate agency in Ghana want those living abroad to use just a year to pay a property worth two hundred thousand dollars or Euros .they dont take in consideration that not all of can sell drugs to earn that money a year
Can the average Ghanaian afford this property? I love this guy, I love everything that he is doing in our country, BUT in all his speech and interviews , there is no mention of the AVERAGE Ghanaians who can afford this house. There is a lot of people who are in seach of LOW INCOME AND AFFORDABLE housing, apartments to rent. Please channel that side too. 😍😍
There are ranges.. Average Ghanaians can contact those into average house to buy... His business plan is to target particular people not average peoole
U are doing great my king it would be evan better to make sure that u keep all food safe healthy and electric of all kinds create a food city it will bring millions from around the world

great innovative but i think y’all should spread your banks over office spaces as well that will bring job opportunities. Cus whats the point of nice accommodation if there no jobs paying people enogh to purchase those houses... no hatting though, much love from China 🇨🇳 #Ghanaba

Dennis Archimedes oooh poverty stricken fella, instead of you working hard and pray to God to give you the wisdom and strength to get some of this money that your fellow human has gotten , you're here critiquing. Where the money came from is none of your business. Why some black people embrace poverty as normal way of life? Ahhhh
