Wonder how many screws Made From This Screw machine | | Amazing Process Of Making Screws 

Amazing,such a tiny work done on machine so fast,could not seen how the operation these machine done,if each operation Seen on slow motion,then it will be easy to understand.

My guess of how it works : 1 . two different feed hopper mechanics a. barrel rolls picking up blanks and dropping them on trough b. trough moves under and over blanks In both ways blanks feed into trough with head at top and tail hanging down 2. on both machines ( at 2:15 and 3:15 ) you see a toggle tapper which hits the trough feeder to vibrate any blanks that are getting stuck to dislodge and keep them moving down the trough 3. blank gets placed into path of high speed moving plate that presses and rolls the blank towards the release point - while pressing and rolling - one of the side walls has a thin sharp rib that goes from the top to the bottom and it presses the thread into the blank - I suppose that it also lengthens and thins the blank - it makes sense that the moving plate would have the rib so that it can be readily reworked or replaced when it gets dull or worn
